Flooring and finishes
60x60, m², PEI, rectified, batch. Tablia reads the job list, identifies format, area and quantities and turns everything into a quote ready to check.
Faster service, more chances to close the sale. Because for the customer on the job site, time is money.
Illustrative example. The list and the catalogue names are fictional.
Automatic quoting
Tablia reads the list, organises the items and builds the quote from what is in stock. What is missing can be substituted or added to the purchase list.
Goes to the salesperson with the customer's original text. Can be replaced with an equivalent, adjusted in quantity or removed — nothing disappears from the quote in silence.
What the store did not have goes into Tablia's purchase list, with the quantity and the history of who asked — ready to become an order to the supplier.
Illustrative example. The list and the catalogue names are fictional.
In a flooring store the format and the batch are not a detail: they are what separates a well-laid floor from a patched one.
Forty square metres are read as quantity plus unit, not as forty pieces.
60x60, satin and rectified stay attached to the product, instead of becoming loose text that gets lost in the search.
When a line carries no unit, it comes from the item and from the context of the other lines — adhesive usually comes in bags, skirting by the metre.
"Porcelain tile 60x60 satin rectified" finds the item in your catalogue even with an abbreviated description. Alternative names are searched too.
Handwriting is the only one that does not go in — returning a wrong quantity that looks right is worse than refusing the file.
Integração com ERP
Mesma tabela de preços, mesmo relatório de fim de mês. A cotação vai automática e o vendedor da carteira recebe o aviso.
Tablia reads price, consolidated stock and terms straight from your ERP at query time — not from a stale copy.
No system change: send your inventory as CSV, XLS or XLSX. Tablia identifies code, description and price, and you confirm the mapping before it takes effect.
We integrate via API or directly into the database. If your ERP runs today, we can connect.
Yes. Forty square metres are read as quantity plus unit, not as forty pieces or forty boxes. The unit is recorded alongside the item and appears on screen for the salesperson to check before the quote goes out.
It is inferred from the item and from the context of the other lines — adhesive usually comes in bags, skirting by the metre, thresholds by the piece. The inference appears next to the item, and the salesperson corrects it if they disagree with what was assumed.
No, and it is better to say so now than in the demo. Each product covers a different area per box, and cutting waste depends on the room. Tablia delivers the area the customer asked for; the box calculation stays with the salesperson.
No. Tablia adapts to your store's system. You can connect it to your ERP via API or, if you prefer, use Tablia directly by sending your inventory as CSV, XLS or XLSX files.
Tablia identifies the code, description and price fields, and you confirm the mapping before it takes effect.
You choose the most convenient way to integrate Tablia into your operation.
It appears to the salesperson flagged as not found, with the customer's original wording beside it. It does not turn into a similar product and it does not vanish from the list. The decision is yours: add it, propose an equivalent, or say the store does not carry that line.
PDF, a photo in JPG or PNG, a spreadsheet in XLSX or XLS, a document in DOCX, CSV or typed text. The only one that does not go in is a handwritten list: Tablia does not accept handwriting, so it never returns a wrong quantity that looks right.
The store decides. Tablia can send the quote directly to the customer or forward it first to the salesperson for review.
When the salesperson reviews it, they can adjust quantities, swap products, set prices and make any necessary changes before sending.
Tablia automates the work. The store chooses the level of control.
Vamos conversar
In the demo we use a list your store received this week, against your own catalogue. It is the fastest way to find out whether Tablia can handle what you sell.
