Lumber yards
2x4, 3m, 18mm, m³. Tablia reads the carpenter's list, identifies sections, lengths and quantities and turns it all into a quote ready to check.
Faster service, more chances to close the sale. Because on a job site, time is money.
Illustrative example. The list and the catalogue names are fictional.
Automatic quoting
Tablia reads the list, organises the items and builds the quote from what is in stock. What is missing can be substituted or sent to the purchase list.
Goes to the salesperson with the customer's original text. Can be replaced with an equivalent, adjusted in quantity or removed — nothing disappears from the quote in silence.
What the store did not have goes into Tablia's purchase list, with the quantity and the history of who asked — ready to become an order to the supplier.
Illustrative example. The list and the catalogue names are fictional.
At a lumber yard the measurement is not a detail: it is what separates the piece that fits from the piece left in the yard.
The list is read line by line, and the number that is a quantity is kept apart from the one that is not.
Section and length stay attached to the item. Neither turns into a quantity, and neither is lost.
"Pine rafter 2x4 3 metres long" finds the PINE RAFTER 2X4X3.00 in your catalogue. Alternative names for the same product are searched too.
An item your yard does not carry goes to the salesperson with the customer's original wording, instead of vanishing from the list.
Handwriting is the only one that does not go in — returning a wrong quantity that looks right is worse than refusing the file.
Integração com ERP
Mesma tabela de preços, mesmo relatório de fim de mês. A cotação vai automática e o vendedor da carteira recebe o aviso.
Tablia reads price, consolidated stock and terms straight from your ERP at query time — not from a stale copy.
No system change: send your inventory as CSV, XLS or XLSX. Tablia identifies code, description and price, and you confirm the mapping before it takes effect.
We integrate via API or directly into the database. If your ERP runs today, we can connect.
Yes. In "20 rafters 2x4 3m long" it separates what is a quantity from what is a measurement: the 20 becomes the quantity, while the 2x4 and the 3m stay part of the item name. The search then looks for that item in your catalogue by meaning, not by identical text.
They almost never do. Tablia infers the unit from the item and from the context of the other lines — twenty rafters are twenty pieces, not twenty metres. The inference appears on screen next to the item, and the salesperson corrects it if they disagree, before the quote goes out.
No, and it is better to say so now than in the demo. It reads the measurement the way the customer wrote it and keeps it in the item name. Converting volume into pieces depends on each yard's cutting pattern, and that sum stays with the salesperson.
No. Tablia adapts to your store's system. You can connect it to your ERP via API or, if you prefer, use Tablia directly by sending your inventory as CSV, XLS or XLSX files.
Tablia identifies the code, description and price fields, and you confirm the mapping before it takes effect.
You choose the most convenient way to integrate Tablia into your operation.
It appears to the salesperson flagged as not found, with the customer's original wording beside it. It does not turn into a similar item and it does not vanish from the list. The decision is yours: add it, propose an equivalent, or send it to the purchase list.
PDF, a photo in JPG or PNG, a spreadsheet in XLSX or XLS, a document in DOCX, CSV or typed text. The only one that does not go in is a handwritten list: Tablia does not accept handwriting, so it never returns a wrong quantity that looks right.
The store decides. Tablia can send the quote directly to the customer or forward it first to the salesperson for review.
When the salesperson reviews it, they can adjust quantities, swap products, set prices and make any changes before sending.
Tablia automates the work. The store chooses the level of control.
Vamos conversar
In the demo we use a list your yard received this week, against your own catalogue. It is the fastest way to find out whether Tablia can handle what you sell.
